New York Day One

This is where we took the train from Jersey to New York everyday. Marshall got us a killer deal on a Hotel there and the train is only $8 round trip. It only took us 10 minutes on the train and it drops off at Penn Station.

So I read somewhere to Never eat in Times Square area. It was our first day and we didn't know where anything was so we went to this diner.  $50 later and lunch that wasn't edible. All we did was drink Pepsi. We never made that mistake again.

Trying to make it to the Met, got lost but made it to Central Park.

Had to take a pedicab. Our directions told us to go through most of Central Park. Hello, its 883 acres! 

Finally made it.

Here is President Andrew Jackson. This is who we named Andrew after. Andrew's middle name is Marshall but we call him Andrew Jackson so much it really has become his name.

So here's something so funny. Last year when I went on my girls trip to Washington we bought Wellies (not rainboots). We had a hard time finding them.  But now everyone is wearing them and it wasn't even  raining.
Also, they now have high heeled Wellies!
